Anam Cara Shop – Soul Friend Etsy Store

One of the most extraordinary stores I’ve seen on Etsy recently is the store of two sisters- Shelby and Calvert. The two sisters formed a brand together, to create meaningful, unique jewelry and art, offering enhancements to one’s spiritual well-being in heart and home. Their brand needed a name, and they came up with just the perfect one, by naming their Etsy store: Anam Cara Shop.

Anam Cara means “Soul Friend” in Gaelic. As these two sisters are also best friends- the name seemed fitting. After all, this is a jewelry business based on love, soul and friendship. What could me more precious than that? And before I get on and on, talking about this store… Maybe you should see some of the amazing items sold there:

Opened in 2016, Anam Cara Shop features handmade jewelry and Unicorn Catchers (yup, you got that one right…). But the most amazing thing this store features- is the people behind it. The two sisters, though loving and devoted, found 2 different passions in life and did completely different things before deciding to join hands and form a business together.
Calvert’s experience is in the healing arts (massage therapist, yoga teacher, reiki master, and owns/operates an award winning spa) and health coaching. Shelby left a career in international affairs, business development and positive psychology to become a full-time entrepreneur as the Chief Visionary Officer at Anam Cara and is training with a master goldsmith.
